Stephen A. Newton Esq. is a highly experienced entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as the Chairman for IAG. He has held various C-level roles within the industry and has served in interim executive roles for companies such as biNu and Universal Music Group Africa. He has spent over 20 years working and living in LATAM and EMEA, developing deep business ties within the regions. He has served in various leadership positions such as CEO of e-commerce platforms for MIH Internet, VP & MD of InMobi Africa, MD of Google South Africa, and VP & MD of the Ad Exchange for DoubleClick EMEA. He has also been involved in two successful exits, Hitwise to Experian and Double Click to Google, and has assisted in acquisitions and setting companies up for the same. In addition, Stephen is an active senior-level board member of numerous businesses that focus on the African continent. He holds a Juris Doctorate in Law from Loyola Law School Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French from the University of Washington, Seattle. Stephen is married with 3 children.

Cheryl Ankrah-Newton is the CEO of Illuminate Africa Group, which holds shares, provides advisory and invests in various platforms across Africa, including traditional retail, e-commerce, and online ventures. She has a BSc with Honors in Urban Estate Management, is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and has almost two decades of experience in the property business in European and African markets. She has held senior positions for leading global property companies such as Hammerson plc, Land Securities plc & Jones Lang LaSalle, which proves her capabilities and success in this field. Additionally, she has successfully connected with entrepreneurs, NGOs, and start-ups to impact change and focus on transforming lives, and has managed numerous projects with solid leadership, intense coordination, and negotiation skills. As a polished professional with impeccable discretion, exceptional communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, clear-eyed confidence, and a sharp eye for detail, she is well-suited to lead projects and influence key decision-makers.
